Yesterday on a Public Holiday, 16th June, we discovered our drains were blocked. Including the sewage drain belonging to council. It was a major issue and I was really stressed out.
I sent a SMS (text) to the City of Cape Town, Water Management department “31373” – was really not expecting them to respond.
Well to my surprise, 30 Minutes later, I received a Reference Number.
4 Hours later they came to my house and sorted the issue out.
This works for me 🙂
