This morning was interesting, I read a tweet by Shane Warne – Rajasthan Royals IPL Cricket Captain:
He tweeted whether he should change his batting order. Discussing team strategy via Twitter? Is Shane Warne really interested in his followers comments? Is he reading every mention/comment/tweet. Is he even considering it? Or is he just being nice, showing that he cares…
It’s called digital engagement. Amazing how Social Media is evolving, not dying…
