		<description><![CDATA[I emailed ceo at zappos dot com for my copy a few days ago (after reading dhbook) and received it today.  :)  

So far, I am only a few pages in but I plan to read the entire 2009 Culture Book going from department to department. :-)  As you described above, ordering and receiving the book was as simple as emailing ceo@zappos.com and I received the book 2 days later (in true Zappos fashion).  

I received the 09 copy but may reach out to get a copy of 08 if it is as great as I expect it to be.
